Shipping

Each HOOP-ACTION setup includes the HOOP-ACTION main unit and its required Mandatory Accessory Kit. Your complete setup is shipped in two separate boxes.

1. Shipping: Both boxes are handed to the shipping carrier together.

2. Tracking: Each box receives its own individual tracking number. Both tracking numbers will be provided when your order ships.

3. Delivery: Although both boxes are shipped together, they may arrive at different times depending on carrier handling and delivery schedules.

Can HOOP-ACTION be transported on an airplane?

Yes. HOOP-ACTION can be disassembled for air travel and packed in its protective carry case as checked baggage. When broken down, HOOP-ACTION and accessory parts may also fit in a carry-on bag or backpack. Always check with your airline for current baggage size, weight, and battery requirements.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for the HOOP-ACTION Training Device?

Yes. Extended warranty options are available for HOOP-ACTION and can be selected during checkout.

Is assembly required to use HOOP-ACTION?

Yes. HOOP-ACTION requires minimal assembly and can be set up in just a few minutes. Assembly instructions are included with the product.

How is HOOP-ACTION controlled?

HOOP-ACTION is operated using an Android 10.0 or higher smartphone or tablet. Simply download the HOOP-ACTION app from the Google Play Store to control the device.

How is HOOP-ACTION powered?

HOOP-ACTION is powered by a rechargeable 7.2V 5000mAh NiMH battery, allowing for cordless operation during training sessions.

Is the HOOP-ACTION training device vulnerable to weather?

Yes. HOOP-ACTION is designed for indoor use and should be protected from rain, moisture, and other outdoor weather conditions.

Is there an age limit recommendation for HOOP-ACTION?

HOOP-ACTION can be used by athletes of various ages and skill levels. Younger athletes should use the device under the supervision of a coach, trainer, or responsible adult.

How much does HOOP-ACTION Weigh?

HOOP-ACTION weighs approximately 1 pound without the rechargeable battery, making it lightweight and easy to transport.

Can you cancel an order before shipping?

Yes. Orders may be canceled before shipping if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact support@eq2020.com as soon as possible to request cancellation. Approved cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy applies.

Can I return my HOOP-ACTION Device?

Yes. HOOP-ACTION may be returned in accordance with EQ2020’s return policy. Returns are subject to applicable restocking fees and must meet all return requirements. 

Can the Battery Pack be ordered online?

Yes. Replacement rechargeable batteries may be purchased online when available or from other retailers. Batteries must be 7.2V NiMH rechargeable with an XT60 connector; the mAh capacity may vary and will determine operating time.

What are the battery specifications?

HOOP-ACTION uses a 6-cell, 7.2V NiMH rechargeable battery pack with an XT60 connector. A 3000–5000mAh capacity is recommended; higher mAh provides longer operating time. Approximate battery size is 24 × 48 × 132 mm.

Is it necessary to purchase a HOOP-ACTION ACCESSORY KIT when purchasing a product?

Yes. The HOOP-ACTION Accessory Kit is required for HOOP-ACTION to be fully functional. A complete HOOP-ACTION system requires two separate packages: HOOP-ACTION and the HOOP-ACTION Accessory Kit.

Does HOOP-ACTION work with any basketball goal?

HOOP-ACTION is designed to work with fiberglass basketball goals that provide adequate clearance for the distractors to swing freely. A HOOP-ACTION Adapter or customized distractors may be required for certain goals. Contact support@eq2020.com to speak with a technician about compatibility.

What is the best recommendation for storage of HOOP-ACTION?

Store HOOP-ACTION indoors in a clean, dry environment and protected from moisture and extreme temperatures. When not in use, a HOOP-ACTION Carry Case or Storage Mount is recommended for added protection.

What is the best recommendation to store HOOP-ACTION Adapter?

The HOOP-ACTION Adapter Carry Case is recommended for safe storage and travel, helping protect the Adapter when not in use or during transportation.

Are there designated slots for all parts in the HOOP-ACTION Carry Case for the HOOP-ACTION unit?

Yes. The HOOP-ACTION Carry Case is custom-made with designated compartments for the HOOP-ACTION components, providing organized and protected storage and travel.

Are the Carry Cases Waterproof?

No. The HOOP-ACTION Carry Cases are designed to protect the equipment during storage and travel but should not be exposed to rain, water, or excessive moisture.

Does the Carry Case have a locking mechanism for security?

Yes. The HOOP-ACTION Carry Case features two designated locking holes for attaching compatible padlocks for added security. Locks are not included. For air travel, we recommend using TSA-recognized locks that fit these openings and allow authorized security inspections.

What is the dimension of HOOP-ACTION unit?

The HOOP-ACTION unit is approximately 20 inches long, with distractors approximately 24 inches in length, making the system compact for storage and transportation.

Android Device Issue connecting to Bluetooth.

Confirm Bluetooth device is enabled and HOOP-ACTION is powered on. If connection issues continue, restart Bluetooth, clear Bluetooth device and reconnect the device in Bluetooth settings or restart your Android device. For additional assistance, contact support@eq2020.com.
