Can the Battery Pack be ordered online?

We do not provide batteries as an accessory. Rechargeable batteries can be purchased at any retail store providing it is 7.2v with XT60 connector.

Yes, it is imperative to purchase HOOP-ACTION Accessory Kit for HOOP-ACTION to be functional. When purchasing HOOP-ACTION 2 separate packages are required, HOOP-ACTION Kit1 & HOOP-ACTION ACCESSORY KIT2.

What does HOOP-ACTION Accessory Kit provide?

HOOP-ACTION Accessory Kit provides factory customized parts to complete the unit to function properly along with other essential parts. HOOP-ACTION will not function without HOOP-ACTION Accessory Kit2.

Does HOOP-ACTION work with any basketball goal?

HOOP-ACTION is designed to work on all fiberglass goals that provides clearance for the distractors to swing freely. Customized Distractors or HOOP-ACTION Adapter may be necessary to provide clearance.

HOOP-ACTION Adapter Carry Case is provided for purchase for safe storage for HOOP-ACTION Adapter.

Are there designated slots for all parts in the HOOP-ACTION Carry Case for the HOOP-ACTION unit?

Yes, HOOP-ACTION Carry Case is customized for all parts for safe storage, travel by airplane, or any means while transporting the unit from one place to another.

Are the Carry Cases Waterproof?

The Carry Cases cannot be submerged in water. The Carry Cases is designed withstand light weather conditions, rain, sleet, snow, providing it is not left in weather conditions for long periods of time.

Are there any rules and regulations while traveling by airplane with HOOP-ACTION?

When traveling with HOOP-ACTION in our customized HOOP-ACTION Carry Case we suggest removing the battery pack from the HOOP-ACTION unit and placing it in the slot designed for the battery within the case.
‍Check with airlines to verify regulations or any changes in regulations for traveling with NiMH batteries or contact the airlines or google for any regulation requirements.

Does the Carry Case have a locking mechanism for security?

Yes, TSA combinational locks are available on our website for purchase. All our Carry Cases use the same locks. It will take 2 locks to proficiently secure the Carry Case purchased.

What Carry Cases can be locked for security purposes for safe travel and security?

TSA combination locks can be purchased for the HOOP-ACTION Carry Case or the HOOP-ACTION portable ADAPTER Carry Cases. Each case requires 2 locks to secure the cases properly.

What is the dimension of HOOP-ACTION unit?

HOOP-ACTION’s footprint is approx. 20” in length, 3’ in height at its lowest point, approx. 5 1/2” in height at its highest point, 4” wide.

Android Device Issue connecting to Bluetooth.

HOOP-ACTION works with Android device only. Extensive testing has been performed. The recommended Android Device version is Android Ver. 10 or above. If any issues, we have provided some troubleshooting measures below.
