Return and Exchange Policy

If you want to return your EQ20/20 product, please read the following:

If you're within 15 days after your EQ20/20 product has been delivered, you'll be able to return the product. Send email providing name, reason for return, contact information, (contact phone number/email address to support@eq2020.com), and you will be contacted by our customer service.

You will be sent instructions to return the product.

Once the unit has been received at the warehouse, the engineering team will inspect the product and prepare for the refund. The refund may take up to 7 to 15 days to be refunded to your account.

For international and noncontiguous states/territories purchases, EQ2020, LLC. does not, under any circumstance, process refunds, returns, or exchanges once shipped from the warehouse. This includes Hawaii and Alaska customers.

If a part needs to be exchanged

  • If it's been less than 60 days from the date of purchase and the customer is experiencing mechanical issues, contact the support team at support@eq2020.com. The support team will first assess the issue that may be causing the problem and answer any questions. If an unsuccessful resolution to resolve the issue the support team will request that the product be shipped to the warehouse to be further assessed. EQ2020, LLC. will handle shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for any parts to be replaced.
  • If it's been more than 60 days, EQ2020 is not responsible for any issues that may arise, but please see our FAQ tips on the website to troubleshoot issues. If you are unable to find any resolution using the FAQ tips on the website, freely reach out to the support team support@eq2020.com for assistance.

    Disclaimer: Depending on the review and criteria from the engineering team, all EQ2020 parts may not be available on the website. See accessory parts online website, https://eq2020.com/collections/hoop-action-accessories, for parts that are available and can be shipped depending on the availability of the part. If you have any questions, please contact the support team at support@eq2020.com.

Returning EQ2020 Product

  • EQ2020 has a 15 day return policy that starts once your product has been purchased. The EQ2020 product can be returned within 15 days of receipt and must be repackaged in original packaging. Make sure to hold on to your original packaging, or an additional fee will apply to ship to you packaging materials.
  • Any EQ2020 return will be charged $250.00 USD to cover return shipping and restocking fees. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your refund after we have received and inspected your product. This fee will not be waived under any circumstances.
  • EQ2020's guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty.
  • We do not offer any refunds for Extended Warranties that you may have paid for when purchasing your EQ2020 product.
  • If your EQ2020 product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, EQ2020 reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional fees, at EQ2020's sole discretion.

Replacement Parts

  • If you are outside of your 1-year warranty you must pay for the replacement part(s) and pay for shipping. You are not required to send old parts back.
  • If you are within your 1-year warranty on specific parts, see Limited Liabilities, we will ship your external parts free of charge, however, the defective parts must be shipped back to EQ2020, prior to shipping out the replacement parts.

Canceling Your Order

If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 3% transaction fee. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the money to show up in your account. Refunds will go back to the original card that the order was placed on, with no exceptions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STAND ALONE ACCESSORIES RETURNS AND REFUND

  • All stand-alone accessories can be returned during the first 15 days after the purchase date, as long as the item has not been opened, or used. This does not include the EQ2020 accessory Kit, or customized parts. EQ2020 will charge $250.00 USD to cover return shipping and restocking fees for stand-alone accessory returns.
  • The item will be inspected once it is received at the warehouse. If it meets the requirements mentioned above, we will process the refund. If the item is found to be used or damaged, the refund may be denied.

Damages

Make sure to check your product thoroughly when you receive it. In case you see anything unusual with the product, report it within the first 15 days to the Customer Support team by sending an email to support@eq2020.com.

Exchanges

If the product received is different than what you ordered, or if you ordered the wrong part by mistake, please reach out to the Support team by sending an email to support@eq2020.com to start a return process.

EQ2020 RESALE/ TRADE-IN POLICY

You are expressly prohibited from transferring, trading in or reselling your EQ2020 products to any third party. If we learn you have violated this policy, we will immediately pick up the product from the recipient and bill you for any costs incurred retrieving the product including transport costs, costs to settle title and/or reclaim the product, and attorneys’ fees. You may also face additional legal liability. EQ2020 does not offer reduced rates or otherwise accept trade-ins.
