SHIPPING YOUR HOOP-ACTION product
Please inspect your new product immediately upon arrival. If there are concerns with the shipping box or materials, or if you have any other concerns regarding your shipment, please email us at support@eq2020.com within 24 to 48 hours. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, weather, or events beyond our control. If products are sent back to EQ2020 as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs related to the return and reshipment.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our carrier, UPS, USPS, etc. which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order based on your shipping confirmation email, or tracking information to be delivered, please contact the carrier. If no resolution, please contact us at support@eq2020.com with your contact information including email address and order number, and we will assist in locating your product to provide a resolution.
CANCELING ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 3% transaction fee. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the money to show up in your account. Refunds will go back to the original card that the order was placed with, with no exceptions.

If you purchase your HOOP-ACTION and have decided to take it outside of the country, please keep in mind that the Terms and Conditions will vary. Review the terms below:
All international sales are final.
- EQ2020 will not process any refund requests.
- EQ2020 will not process any return or exchange of the products, including accessories.
- EQ2020 will not be responsible for any damage that may occur.
