HOOP-ACTION® is a basketball training system that combines moving LED visual distractions with an audible noise maker to challenge players' focus and concentration during shooting drills.
Whether practicing free throws, mid-range shots, or three-pointers, HOOP-ACTION challenges players to maintain their attention on the basket while moving visual distractions create added pressure.
